You'll find a mix of chairs, stools, and greenery—perfect for clean, editorial-style setups. Each piece is designed to be easily moved and styled, giving you the flexibility to build what you need.

Light a problem? Diffusion and blackout curtains are readily available to block out all unwanted light.

FURNITURE REMOVAL
Need more space for your project or event? We will gladly remove the lounge area furniture for a $15 flat fee to optimize the space.

Your rental includes access to the main studio space, lounge area, beauty bar, 7 seamless backdrops, and use of our curated furnishings and greenery. Mini fridge stocked with refreshments is also included.

For hourly studio rentals, the minimum booking is 1 hour.
For event rentals, the minimum booking is 2 hours.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Events should be booked as early as possible due to demand.

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own equipment or work with outside vendors for events. Just let us know in advance for coordination.

Yes! We encourage tours—especially for event rentals. Reach out to schedule a walk-through.

Our space comfortably fits up to 30 guests, depending on the setup. Great for intimate gatherings, pop-ups, and workshops.

Yes, all rentals are private unless otherwise stated. You’ll have exclusive access during your booked time.

We allow reschedules with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may lose your booking.

Yes, there are a few parking spots available right out front and street parking is available nearby. We’ll send detailed parking info before your booking to help your guests plan ahead.

You will receive a one time access code to access the space on your own. You will be given a contact number if you need asisstance on site.
